These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the SE Countrywide Doors Ltd website. SE Countrywide Doors Ltd may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. The terms and conditions stated below do not affect your Statutory Rights.

You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions only. You must obtain our prior written consent before you use our web site or any part of it in any other manner.

Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:

  • loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed
  • loss or damage was not caused by any breach on our part
  • loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumer

We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer miss-handling the items.

Placing an order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. A Contract between the customer and SE Countrywide Doors Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted.

SE Countrywide Doors Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Pricing & Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment of all major debit and credit cards. Goods will only be despatched on cleared payments according to our delivery schedule.

Actual product prices are £ GBP Sterling and purchases made are in £ GBP Sterling.

The price will be inclusive of VAT at the current rate *where applicable. A VAT invoice can be provided on request.

All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correctly displayed, however occasionally errors may occur. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we would contact you with the amended price and ask you if you wish to continue with the purchase or receive a full refund.

Products and Availability

Products on this website are only available while stock lasts. If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and if possible offer you an alternative product.

We have taken care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of all products are as accurate as possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible. However we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by our customers.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 7 days of placing the order. In order to cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email quoting your name and order number. If your order has been dispatched you must return the product(s) unworn/unused in their original packing with product tags attached within 7 days of receipt. We will reimburse the full order value where items have not been dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your cancellation instruction. Where goods have been dispatched we will reimburse you the value of the goods (not the delivery charge) within 5 working days of receiving the returned product(s). Return postage costs are at your expense and we recommend you send the products by insured and recorded delivery. SE Countrywide Doors Ltd cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage.

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from secdoors.co.uk for a full refund. This does not apply to any items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Undelivered Orders

Should any order be returned to SE Countrywide Doors Ltd due to you being unavailable to receive it the order will not be despatched again until further payment for additional delivery costs has been received by us. We will contact you in the event of this happening.If the customer cannot be available to sign for the goods please ensure alternative arrangements are made so goods can be delivered first time .

SE Countrywide Doors Ltd cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during postage, although we can provide proof of postage and will help you try to locate the lost items.
