Please note we do not offer refunds on sale products, or special orders.. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please return the item(s) to us unworn/unused in its original packing with product tags attached within 7 days of receipt (goods must be in re-sellable condition). The price paid for the item will be refunded less the delivery costs. Please fill in the returns section on your delivery note and include this in the package.
Return\Exchange postage costs are at your expense unless goods are faulty .
If fault is found with larger items such as doors a courier will collect FOC.
We will refund the original amount paid excluding postage costs to the same card you used to place the order.
SE Countrywide Doors Ltd cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage so we recommend you send the items insured and recorded delivery.

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 7 days of placing the order. In order to cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email quoting your name and order number. If your order has been dispatched you must return the product(s) unworn/unused in their original packing with product tags attached within 7 days of receipt. We will reimburse the full order value where items have not been dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your cancellation instruction. Where goods have been dispatched we will reimburse you the value of the goods (not the delivery charge) within 5 working days of receiving the returned product(s). Return postage costs are at your expense and we recommend you send the products by insured and recorded delivery. SE Countrywide Doors Ltd cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage.
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from secdoors.co.uk for a full refund. This does not apply to any items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
